Vision facilitators support schools and Kāhui Ako to build cultural capability ensuring all ākonga/learners are secure in their identity.
We work collaboratively to develop and strengthen the knowledge about specific cultures represented in your school community and support learner well being. Our methodology values and supports strengthened partnerships with parents, whānau, iwi and local organisations. We recognise and advocate the importance and value of demonstrated commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi partnerships, use of Te Reo Māori and deep understanding of Tikanga Māori and manaakitanga within our work. Facilitators keep up to date on current research and are well equipped to support teachers and leaders to build cultural capability.
